Executive chef experience and qualifications
Cheshire-born chef/owner David Wilson opened the restaurant in 2005. He has a long career as a chef; training after he left school then working in Manchester until he moved to the U.S.A. where he lived for 15 years. The contrast between American and English styles of dining became very obvious as he worked in various restaurants in California and travelled across the south pursuing with passion new flavours and dishes. He became a convert to providing excellent service, an eclectic menu and more inspired yet wholesome dishes. He eventually moved to Oregon where he discovered further nuances in stateside culinary combinations.
