As much produce as possible is sourced locally with the majority of our meat coming from the farm less than 2 miles away. All cheses used are from the local region and many of them from the local multi award winning creamery Loch Arthur. Our Fish is all Scottish.

Chef Partron Ian McAndrew was formerly the youngest Englishman to acheive a Michelin Star. Ian has also written 3 best selling cookery books and has trained some of the country's best chefs including Andrew Fairlie of Gleneagles, Paul Kitching of 21212 in Edinburgh.
