Executive chef experience and qualifications
Ian Owen took over as Head Chef in May 2011, one of Wales's rising culinary stars and at the age of 25, is one of the youngest chefs to gain two AA Rosettes at his first attempt.
His background experiences include a mixture of working in well known multi rosette and Michelin star kitchens. These include Coed y Mwstwr Hotel, L'Autre Pied (featured on Master Chef) Gordon Ramsay at Claridges and Llansantffraed Court.
He is supported by John Reed, Sous Chef, Welsh Silver Culinary Champion and also from Coed y Mwstwr Hotel, Llion Williams and Robbie Walker, as Commis Chefs.
