Situated on the edge of the Royal Forest of Dean between two of England's most celebrated salmon rivers. It is here that they practice the old-fashioned art of smoking with only the highest quality fish, sustainably sourced.

Strawberry Hill Vineyard
A family business producing an ever-growing selection of award winning wines from their vineyard in Dymock, Gloucestershire. A range of Strawberry Hill wines can also be purchased at The Wharf House.
Charles Martell in Dymock has been producing Single Gloucester cheese and others since 1972. It is matured for around six weeks giving it a fresh and clean taste. It is eaten young, and goes well with a glass of perry.

A well-established bakery in Stroud with more than 100 years' experience baking daily fresh bread and pastries, using the finest of ingredients including flour from Shipton Mill near Tetbury in the Cotswolds.
LDA Meats in Herefordshire have been distributing traditional local meats for over 80 years - matured on their premises to give maximum flavour and butchered by in-house professionals.
