Simplicity, seasonality, lightness and elegance are the hallmarks of Upstair's cooking. Short seasonal menu, 3 starters, 3 main courses and 3 desserts (or cheese).
The menu changes on a 3 weeks rotation basis, first week are new desserts, 2nd week new starters and main courses and 3rd week no changes.
Every 6th week of this rotation a special one night only menu is prepared to go along a special wine evening with master wine experts animating the night.

Food source

Most of our meat is from the North of England & Scotland.
All our fish from day boats on the South coast of England.
Vegetables are from the UK, France, Spain and Italy.
