Restaurant description

The Restaurant Ermitage is, quite simply, a temple of tastes. It is the special world of Etienne Krebs, "the best cook of the year 1995" by the guide Gault Millau. Each dish demonstrates his talent, his search for perfection. His cooking is devoted to bringing out authentic tastes, carefully harmonised to surprise and seduce the most sophisticated palate. His artistry regularly persuades a host of celebrities to make the pilgrimage to Montreux and he has been honoured by many restaurant guides, with one Star in Michelin Guide and 17/20 in the Guide Gault Millau.
He is also a member of the Grandes Tables de Suisse.
