What would the surroundings be without the food? Son of an innkeeper, trained as a chef, Toni Mittermair devotes particular care to the pleasures of the palate. A demanding connoisseur, he personally chooses his products from the market gardener, the fisherman, the breeder and the wine grower. So the Hotel Victoria restaurant offers delicious cooking, the creation of fitness, personality and sincerity. The cellars are stocked with great vintages and pleasant surprises from the best vineyards in the world.
