The Fondue House is a cosy alp chalet in the center of Lucerne, in the middle of Switzerland,and has invented a fondue tasting menu which is praised internationally by all kinds of people:

CHI – stands for Fondue Chinoise

BOU – stands for Fondue Bourguignonne

CHEE – stands for Cheese Fondue

ChiBouChee is served in 3 fondue pots for you to taste the worlds most famous fondue specialities in one menu. This multicultural food adventure allows you to enjoy three different tastes which work extremely well in one menu.
Our creative cooks recommend chilli sauce to your cheese fondue. Do try it with traditionally steamed fresh small potatoes.

Danke für Ihr ehrliches Feedback. Es tut uns sehr leid, dass sie ein derart unschönes Erlebnis in unserem Fondue House hatten. Unter unseren Mitarbeitern sind auch 5 Studenten von der hiesigen Hotelfachschule, denen wir die Möglichkeit geben bei uns ein Servicepraktikum zu absolvieren. Für die Unfreundlichkeit muss ich mich aufrichtig bei Ihnen entschuldigen. Wir verlangen von unseren Mitarbeitern, dass sie mit Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit ihre Gäste bedienen. Dieses Verhalten ist nicht akzeptabel und wir werden es nachverfolgen.

Besser wenn das Personal deutsch verstehen würde und freundlich wäre. Ich habe selten so schlecht gelauntes Personal gesehen wie dort. Aber wahrscheinlich denken sie dass alles Touristen sind, aber wir waren von hier. Jetzt verstehe ich warum dort kaum Schweizer sind=schlechtes Personal und überteuert!

Verre de fendant puis une excellente fondue moitié-moitié, simple et trés bon.
Avec une fondue au chocolat comme dessert...
Existe-t-il un plat plus classique et plus traditionnel en Suisse???

Il vaut mieux réserver avant d'y aller.
En plein centre ville de Lucerne.

How to arrive by public transportation:

The hotel is situated between Casa Grande Gift shop and the Bally shop, which are found between the Schwanenplatz and the Falkenplatz in the Old Town of Lucerne.

From the main railwaystation cross the Seebrucke and towards Schwanenplatz. Cross the schwanenplatz, walk along Bucherer over the Grendel. Turn right into Falkengasse around the corner from 'Casa Grande Gift shop'
