Dérouté au début par le choix des différents menus (2), composés, plusieurs entrées, plats, desserts ... après un petit temps de compréhension, le choix se porte vite sur l'appétit et le temps que vous avez, un vous paraît plus court dans le temps et moins lourd a supporter, alors que l'autre est sans doute plus long et copieux, mais petite blague à part, le menu que nous avons choisi nous a ravie, beaucoup de gout, bien présenté, et des associations a tomber par terre. à recommander :)

dessert: on sert un autre granité à la plac e d'un tiramisu sans informer le client???

- Pan fried foie gras terrine with Selim pepper, red beetroot chutney.

- Chicory velouté and pan fried St. Jacques with green apple.

- Beef fillet on the bone au gratin with hibiscus, oxtail Parmentier.

- Veal fillet mignon, liquorice bio risotto, vegetable mikado.

- Young Gibloux rabbit, dried tomato polenta.

- Papaya tartare and white chocolate mousse, green tea sorbet, etc.
