More than just a name – with 15 GaultMillau points Mann und Co. clearly connects on a remarkable culinary level with the history of the Magic Mountain. Exquisite meals and fine dining are, after all, an integral part of the novel. For an unforgettable culinary experience, allow Thorsten Bode and his team to take you on a journey into a delicious world of innovative and exciting creations.

We will be happy to pick you up from Davos or Klosters free of charge and also return you home, if you so wish, leaving you free to enjoy your dining experience without worrying about the journey.

The creation of the sophisticated but inviting wine cellar and tasting room was a result of the construction of the gourmet restaurant. The wine-assortment consists of over 680 of some of the most precious wines ever produced. Treasures from around the world but also discoveries from the local "Bündner Herrschaft" make up this rare collection of wines. Much to anyone’ surprise, one can find amongst the great names also the more unknown local vintners -- An ideal place for an aperitif or a private dinner for a small group of family or friends.

THORSTEN BODE, ein junger, ambitionierter Koch mit Leib und Seele ist seit der Wintersaison 2011 der Küchendirektor im Waldhotel Davos und für das Restaurant "Mann und Co.". Für den GaultMillau 2013 hat er 15 genussvolle Punkte erkocht.

Die Stationen seines Werdegangs sprechen für sich: Speisemeisterei in Stuttgart (2 Sterne). Johann Lafer auf der Stromburg (1 Stern). Chef Poissonnier im Tafelhaus bei Christian Rach (1 Stern). Ausserdem war er stellvertretender Küchenchef im "Seven Seas" dem Gourmetrestaurant des Süllberg Hamburg (1 Stern). Thorsten Bodes Liebe gehört der französischen Küche, daneben versteht er es aber auch meisterhaft, den Gaumen wohldosiert mit molekularen Experimenten zu überraschen.
