Spécialités

Taste and elegance are the hallmarks of the Widder Restaurant located in Zurich, which was awarded 15 points by Gault Millau. Since May 2009, Alexander Kroll has been proving his culinary skills as Chef in the historic district of Zurich. So far he has spoilt the likes of Formula 1 legends Schumacher & co as their Chef in Monaco, now he serves his aromatic dishes in the elegant ambience of the Widder Hotel. "Combining tradition and modernity" is Kroll's motto. His roots go back to the upscale Swiss cuisine, which combines refined Mediterranean and Asian bonds.
