Restaurant description

Small newly opened restaurant, located in Sarria-Sant Gervasi, 211 Casanova Street, between Avenida Diagonal and Travessera de Gracia. Our cuisine is based on the classic Catalan recipe but renewed and with a touch of Japanese cuisine. We have an extensive wine cellar. We also offer a wide range of distillates and we specialize in Gintónics. Good selection of music and the possibility of drinks. The service is young and professional. Terrace service.

Nuestras especialidades son los pescados y los steak tartare.
Utilizamos productos de màxima calidad y de proximidad.
Algunos de nuestros platos estrella:
Ensalada de atún Blue Finn ahumado, queso de cabra, manzana asada, rúcula, aceitunas negras y almendras. Sashimi de salmón noruego, salteado de setas, caviar de trucha y salsa shoyu to gyosho (soja-pescado). Atún salvaje, sashimi de atún salvaje, foie gras caramelizado y salsa japonesa. Steak Tártaro de verano, cortado a cuchillo, mango, aceitunas verdes,
cebolla y chips de puerro. Cochinillo de Segovia, asado 12 horas al horno suave, su jugo, queso de oveja y cerezas. Quesos madurados, membrillo artesano y tostaditas finas. Chocolate & mango, mousse de chocolate blanco, mango y galleta María.

Para nuestra cocina utilizamos productos de màxima calidad, todos con certificado de procedència, de pequeñas producciones y con un altísimo grado de calidad. Nuestras carnes proceden de una pequeña producción de Galicia, nuestros pescados de las tres mejores lonjas de Catalunya, que son Palamós, Arenys de mar y Sant Carles de la Ràpita. Las hortalizas y verduras en su mayor procedencia de pequeños productores de la zona del Prat de Llobregat, las frutas del Empordà y de Lleida, los quesos con calificación protegida y sello ecológico, el pan de un obrador de máxima calidad en Cabrera de Mar (el mejor pan del país), el aceite de una pequeña finca con sello de calidad y protección ecológica de La Pobla de Cèrboles y así un sinfín de productos escogidos y casi todos con sello de calidad y producción ecológica.

Executive chef experience and qualifications

The chef and owner:


Alexandre Suñé Serra 33 years old, born in Puigcerdà, a small village in the Catalan Pyrenees. After completing graduate studies center, gets the title of hotel operations technical specialist at the prestigious School of Tourism of Manresa JOVIAT.
His training involves local prestige as La Torre del Remei (1 * Michelin), or Group Tragaluz in the direction of popular restaurants.
Cook and lover of great wines, and ultimately any product related to the restaurant world, gets several titles with wine tasting, bread making, baking, cooking in a vacuum, risk prevention, ...
Participate and finalist on several occasions in prestigious international competitions.

Currently owns and runs the consultancy that bears his name, collaborated in the preparation of cooking classes, development (R & D) products companies, advises hotel groups, and has developed recipes for media and directed graphs and the restaurant owner Mil921 Street Casanova 211 in Barcelona City.
