Restaurant description

The restaurant is situated in a 400 year old former brewery in one of the most beautifull historic buildings that Haarlem is so rich of. The buidling was restored around 10 years ago and the results are no less than amazing.
You nwill find the best seafood in town and probably the whole environs. Cooked with a lot of love and passion.
Of course meat lovers and vegetarians are more than welcome!!

Master Chaf Imko Binnerts and his right hand Chef Dennis Koopmans are speceialized in seafood since over 15 years.
You will find a great modern version of Salade Nicoise, great Oysters, lobster and Turbot.
