Da Spontini niente varianti e niente patatine fritte, nemmeno il caffè a fine pasto: protagonista assoluto il trancio di pizza al pomodoro, mozzarella e acciughe, quasi un marchio di fabbrica: eppure i suoi ingredienti non sono un segreto... acqua di Milano, farina di grano tenero macinato 00, polpa di pomodoro dall’Emilia, mozzarella di latte vaccino, acciughe e origano, oltre a sale e pepe. E nella teglia un filo di olio di soia su cui la pizza sfrigola.
