Since 1976, we welcome you in the granaries of the historic medieval castle of Caccamo (Palermo).
It is now thirty years and our menu features dishes that rediscover ancient flavors, fully and without improper digressions, confident that the invention is so widespread today, should not erase the memory.

Appetizers made from local genuine products, ratatouille of eggplant, peppers, zucchini, cheese, sausages, omelettes, fried, sfincionetti, "cunzate" olives, delicious things to eat.
First like "Frittella", the macco, condiments pistachios, cottage cheese, sausage and fennel. First made more tasty by the use of homemade pasta.
Seconds of grilled meats, chops, and steak-Trinche (Florentine calves under 12 months of age), pork, sausage, bacon and sausage rolls, kebabs, roast pork knuckles. Only meat from local farms.
Mouth-watering desserts, cannoli products exclusively in their own pod from the cream cheese from certified farms, pies, watermelon frost, frost cinnamon.
Wines, the fruit of our land of Sicily, labels carefully chosen to suit all palates.
And finally, the lemon liqueur, a product that we offer to purchase, the result of continuing research.
A wide selection of pizzas, 60 with long leavening dough (over 48 hours), many innovative and all tasty. The collaboration with our pizzaiolo took us to success in various national meeting and the invention of a unique product, the "Pizzotto", half crushed, half pizza.
