Chef Pasquale Amico has worked with some of the top chefs in Italy and London – Gualtiero Marchesi, Don Alfonso, Gary Rhodes, Bruno Loubet, Aldo Zilli and Giorgio Locatelli. After a spell in Japan he opened Via Condotti in London and was awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand. He was Head Chef at Refettorio, Zilli Fish, Sartoria and Via Condotti before going on to open Amico Bio. He has made appearances on TV and Radio and performed cooking demonstrations at major culinary shows.
