Two students of the Institut Paul Bocuse, one a kitchen chef and the second a pastry chef, decided to open a small restaurant a few steps from the Chambery law court.

Restaurant L'Émulsion delivers French creative cuisine with an emphasis in fresh regional products.

The decoration of the restaurant is sober and slightly contemporary.
